Founder of Corporate Heart, Pauline is a Change Agent and Conference Speaker who is passionate about business conversations that generate positive results through engaging people at their natural personal best.

Pauline's background spans Behavioural Psychology, Image Consultancy, Corporate Culture Transformation, Effective Business Conversations and Leadership Development. 

Graduating as a Sociology & Statistics BA, Pauline has had a career in Tourism Marketing, Creative Design Projects, Presidency of the Federation of Image Consultants, High Impact Communication Workshops and a wide range of Personal & Professional Transformational Programmes with her consultancy team in Corporate Heart, since 1990. She has worked with individuals and teams across the UK and Europe within major clients covering all business sectors.

Her passion has evolved through transforming her own life from being an un-ambitious housewife to a confident entrepreneur, with a national reputation in the field of personal and professional development.  Pauline specialises in confidence building, relationship management and team engagement, and has created a special study of how natural physicality affects personality and relationships.

A conference speaker of 20 years experience, Pauline works with top people who want a business world in which diverse players contribute more effectively.  Her goal is to enable men and women to engage in conversations that shift attitudes and open up possibilties for efficient, sustainable results while enhancing the working lives of all employees.

Pauline's mission is to help men and women leverage the best from their diverse natures, and from all generations, cultures and creeds. Studying different types of men and women has highlighted a key factor in todays economy struggle to engage women in the boardroom.  Pauline's new blueprint for conversation challenges the staus quo of the boardroom not the players.  The new conversation can open up the door to many possibilties and requires an openness and a will to co-create a business and life balance as part of the bottom line.
